RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with the merchandise you received, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in its original resale condition. Once returned, you will be eligible to receive a refund which will not include the original shipping and packaging charges. We cannot refund items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.

Be sure to enclose a completed return form with your order (if you do not have one, you can download it from here or request it by email).
Make sure the return is well packed and meets all the conditions described at the bottom of this page.
Please note that we no longer accept exchanges.
Returns must be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for late or lost packages, use a tracking service such as UPS or DHL.
Make sure the return contains all necessary information, such as the order number, name, and reason for return.

RETURN TERMS AND GUIDELINES
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with tags and/or original packaging, if applicable.
We are not responsible for shipping charges for returning items.
All items must be in original and resalable condition.
Make sure all returned items are well packaged so that they are not damaged during shipping.
For hygienic reasons, leotards, socks and underwear cannot be returned if removed from the original packaging.
When returning footwear, please ensure that the box is protected by a layer of outer packaging. The box is an integral part of the product, so any damage may result in the return being refused.
Make sure that all return packages are sent with a tracking and insurance service.
We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost during return shipping.
Make sure the return form is attached to the goods; if the form is missing, the return may not be processed.

INTERNATIONAL
For all international returns, be sure to use a tracking service that allows you to track your return.
Please also note that additional charges may apply when making an international return.

RETURN PROCESSING
We require up to 10 business days from receipt of goods at the warehouse. Financial institutions may require additional days to process your refund before funds are returned to your account. You will receive notification from us once we process the refund.
